If WiseStep is not useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and you will get your money back.

Use the contact page, or ask through the receipt Dodo Payments sent you. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.

What happens to your account

A refund ends lifetime access. Your free early-access features and your data stay available, and you can export or delete your data at any time.

Your local rights

Where the law in your country gives you additional refund or cancellation rights, those apply on top of this policy.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we would rather fix it quickly.
